**Job Role **:Academic Counselor

**Industry**: Education & Skill Training

**Vertical**: IT/ Software Training

**Designation**: Academic Counselor

**Location**: Rajarhat, Newtown

**Reporting to**: Centre Head

**Work Days**: Monday - Saturday, 10.30 AM - 6.30 PM

**Responsibilities**:
**1) **Cold calling prospects to generate leads

3) Convincing students to visit the centre for admission

4) Face-to-face counseling of prospects

5) Managing the entire admission cycle

6) Managing the class schedule as and when required

7) Regularly interacting with students to maintain a good relationship and generate references

**Requirements**:
2) Very good English communication skills and interpersonal skills

3) Extroverts with good convincing power preferred

4) Preferably 2 to 6 years experience as Academic Counselor/ Telesales/ Inside Sales/ Client Service etc.

Confident freshers or those with less experience can be considered if they are a good fit for the position.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas - 700135, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
