We are hiring for a Chef who is well knowledgeable in all Bengali food.

**Must be 10+ years of experienced**
- **Menu Planning**: Creating menus that showcase traditional Bengali cuisine while also incorporating modern twists or seasonal variations.
- **Recipe Development**: Developing new recipes or refining existing ones to ensure authenticity and quality.
- **Ingredient Sourcing**: Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients, including spices, vegetables, seafood, and meats, often specific to Bengali cuisine.
- **Food Preparation**: Preparing ingredients, marinating meats, and cooking dishes according to traditional Bengali cooking methods and techniques.
- **Flavor Profiling**: Understanding the complex flavor profiles of Bengali cuisine, including the use of mustard oil, panch phoron (Bengali five-spice blend), and various spices.
- **Kitchen Management**: Overseeing kitchen operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interacting with customers to discuss menu options, accommodate special dietary needs, and gather feedback.
- **Training and Development**: Training kitchen staff in the techniques and recipes of Bengali cuisine, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
- **Adaptability**: Being adaptable to changes in the menu, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- **Cultural Ambassadorship**: Acting as an ambassador for Bengali culture through the promotion and celebration of its culinary heritage.
- **Creativity**: Infusing creativity into dishes while still respecting the authenticity of Bengali cuisine.
