**Position**: Commis 3 - Authentic Bengali Cuisine

**Location**: We Madam Authentic Bengali Restaurant, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

**Salary**: Up to ₹14,000 per month

**Experience Required**: 1-2 years of relevant experience

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Bengali dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support the kitchen team with mise en place, inventory management, and other kitchen duties as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an authentic Bengali or Indian restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of Bengali cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a reputed Bengali restaurant.
- Familiarity with traditional Bengali cooking equipment and methods.
