**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic Bengali dishes, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.
- Ensure traditional taste, texture, and presentation are maintained across all dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Plan daily menus and coordinate with the purchase team for fresh and quality ingredients.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost efficiency.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen helpers and assist in training junior staff when required.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards strictly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of **7-10 years** in preparing authentic Bengali cuisine in reputed restaurants or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of Bengali spices, seafood preparation, and regional specialties.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety practices.
- Team player with good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
