**Office Admin /Social Media Executive (Immediate Joiners)**
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Qualification -Under Graduate / Graduate or equivalent. Exp 1-3 Years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong Computer literacy, social media, digital knowledge.
- Strong experience in managing LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook, Instagram profiles etc
- Proficient typing skills and attention to detail
- High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
**Job description /Responsibilities**
- Managing Social media platforms of the organization. (Brand Awareness)
- Answering phone calls, directing them to management or taking details
- Providing administrative support to department as needed
- Ability to do follow-ups with team and external contacts when needed
- Organise and coordinate office events and any online order required for the team
- Assisting with general office duties and projects as assigned
- Counselling of Students for Admission and Clients for onboarding projects
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
