Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board
meetings, conference etc. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and
arrange new meetings and appointments, attend meetings and keep minutes.

- Requirements
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative roles. Proficient in MS office and back office (ex. ERP).
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. integrity, confidentiality, transparency and professionalism.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
