Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Administrative Officer to oversee and manage all administrative functions at our Dhori Site The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all responsibilities independently with minimal supervision ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination between site and head office Key Responsibilities Oversee all site-level administrative operations including office management staff coordination logistics and general support services Handle attendance leave management and maintain employee records for site staff Coordinate with vendors suppliers and contractors for materials accommodation and transportation arrangements Ensure compliance with company policies statutory requirements and local regulations Manage petty cash expense records and assist in preparing monthly administrative expense statements Facilitate smooth communication between the site and head office for HR finance and operational matters Supervise housekeeping security and maintenance activities at the site Handle correspondence documentation and filing of administrative reports Support HR in recruitment onboarding and staff welfare initiatives at the site Ensure discipline safety and proper conduct of staff and labor within the site premises Take proactive decisions and resolve day-to-day issues without requiring constant supervision Requirements Graduate in any discipline Preferably B A B Com BBA 4-6 years of experience in site administration or project office management preferably in construction mining or engineering industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Email correspondence Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes Willingness to stay and operate at project site as required Key Attributes Self-motivated and disciplined Strong sense of ownership and accountability Good decision-making and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Reliable and proactive approach Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
