About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and office support duties ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily business activities You ll be responsible for managing office procedures coordinating internal operations and supporting management with administrative tasks Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations Maintain and organize office files records and documentation both digital and physical Manage correspondence emails and phone inquiries Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation Prepare reports presentations and other business communications Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Liaise with vendors service providers and building management Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with budgeting expense tracking and purchasing processes Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred Experience 2-4 years in an administrative or office management role Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and time management Proficient in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and basic office software Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
