We are currently seeking a Chat Process Executive to join our team and assist our client in providing customer service through online chat support. As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient chat support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Assist our client by understanding their products/services and providing accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to higher authorities when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are compulsory.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable using chat support software and multitasking between multiple chat windows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
- Willingness to adapt to new processes, tools, and client requirements.

Note: This is a 6 days working job.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
