**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize your extensive network and past recruitment pipeline to benefit the organization.
- Manage a strong vendor list and cultivate feasible LinkedIn connections.
- Navigate a layered structure involving Implementation Partners and Vendor levels, handling full-cycle purchase orders.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with multiple vendors and clients to facilitate successful placements.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, showcasing a proven track record in bench sales recruitment.
- Stay updated on staffing industry trends, regulations and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.
- Proficiently use applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in bench sales recruitment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with layered structures, including Implementation Partners and Vendor levels.
- Strong past recruitment pipeline and a robust network of industry connections.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
