US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (24 Years Experience)

Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 24 years

Location:Kolkata

Shift: Night Shift (US EST)

Responsibilities

• Market and place IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, USC) to clients, vendors, and implementation partners.

• Maintain strong vendor and client relationships to generate new requirements and build a pipeline of opportunities.

• Source, negotiate, and close deals with prime vendors and direct clients.

• Submit consultant profiles, schedule interviews, and follow up until placement.

• Handle complete sales cycle: requirement gathering consultant marketing interview coordination placement onboarding.

• Keep consultants engaged and motivated while on bench.

• Track daily/weekly marketing activities and report to management.

• Stay updated with US staffing market trends, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and immigration rules.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Bench sales experience in US IT staffing.

• Proven record of placing OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and USC consultants.

• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in US time zones (night shifts).

• Experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and networking for vendor/client outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in achieving sales targets and consultant placements consistently.

• Existing vendor/client network with direct client contacts.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
