**Document Management**:
Establish and maintain a systematic document control system for all project-related documents including timesheets.

Organize, categorize, and archive project documentation in a structured and easily retrievable manner.

**Version Control**:
Implement version control procedures to ensure that project documents are consistently updated and reflect the latest information.

Track changes and revisions, maintaining a clear audit trail for all documents.

**Distribution and Circulation**:
Coordinate the distribution of project documents to CEO/CTO/COO in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that team members have access to the latest versions of critical project documents.

**Document Review and Approval**:
Facilitate the review and approval process for project documentation.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure that documents are reviewed by the appropriate people and approved according to established procedures.

**Compliance**:
Ensure that project documentation complies with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with document control processes.

**Communication**:
Act as a central point of contact for document-related inquiries.

Facilitate effective communication between project teams, departments, and external partners regarding document control matters.

**Training and Support**:
Provide training calendar to team members on document control processes and best practices.

Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to established document control procedures.

**Document Retrieval**:
Implement efficient systems for the retrieval of documents when needed.

Respond promptly to requests for specific project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Collaboration with Project Teams**:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to understand document requirements and priorities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the document control function.

Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in a BBA/ relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in document control, preferably within a project management environment.

Familiarity with document management software and tools.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements related to document control.

Schedule:
