**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate **Customer Service Representative** to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who possess strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Document all interactions and maintain records in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Work in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in customer service or related field (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [insert local language, if any].
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,931.93 - ₹19,498.54 per month
