**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

As a Scrum Master, you'll have the opportunity to work on some of latest problems being solved in the data science Universe. All our projects entail working on cutting edge technologies and cloud processing systems, data warehouses and data lakes to help manage the ever-growing information needs of our customers.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

We are looking for individuals who are curious, excited about learning, and navigating through the uncertainties and complexities that are associated with growing a company. Some qualifications that we think would help you thrive in this role are:

- BE/BS/MTech/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in building data science projects

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Prior experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies. PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent preferred
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams including Developers, QA and Product managers spread across different geographical locations
- Ability to provide leadership to Product Managers and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of data science project delivery as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Experience in Agile ceremonies, sprint velocity, sprint backlog, refinement, story splitting, estimation, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-starters, highly motivated and excellent team players (with a team-first mindset)
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Data-oriented personality and basic experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
