Requirements

  • Bachelors or master's degree in information technologies, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience in a Scrum Master and Product Owner role for at least 5 year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Demonstrated competency in developing effective solutions to successfully resolve diverse and complex business problems.
  • First level Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • Affinity towards digital trends and innovation, as well as high awareness of quality in general
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team empowerment
  • Agile mindset and desire to take responsibility.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity and flexibility with good analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an international team with international customers.
  • Very good English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Well versed with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Nice to have

  • SAP Cloud (BTP) know how
  • Previous expertise in Development is also a strength
  • Understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
  • Certifications are welcomed
