We are Hiring an innovative recruitment consulting firm focused on delivering top-tier talent solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and support our clients in enhancing their Agile processes and project delivery. In this role, you will lead Agile teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful project outcomes while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog that aligns with stakeholder priorities.
- Monitor team performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role (8-10 years).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
