- Total working experience: 10 + years in multiple Business Domains.
- Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) or equivalent professional qualification with broad experience of working in a variety of Agile environments
- Experience in conducting Agile ceremonies like Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Retrospective meeting, PI planning etc.
- Track all epics, user stories, and defects in detail and proactively follow up and facilitate the team in closing them efficiently.
- Manage multiple scrum teams and scrum masters using the Agile processes in the delivery of services.
- Responsible for creatively removing impediments from the Scrum team.
- Facilitate sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Identify and manage the risks associated with projects to achieve project success
- Facilitate the team's desire for creativity, continual improvement of efficiency and capability
- Measure team sprint success by using standard sprint metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points
- Build a believing and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving- Collaborate with prospective global users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Empower your coaching teams, as you mentor and collaborate.
- Model scrum and Kanban methodologies to create hard-working teams.
- Influence internal, remote, and vendor partner teams to operate in a fast-paced and exciting environment while releasing and developing high-quality Cisco products.
- Define the vision for the team's product and create the product roadmap based on this vision
- Coordinate product creation, design, and development
- Own the development and refining of user stories for the team
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Lead product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
