**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional support to international customers
- Engage in product/service upselling during support interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution
- Maintain accurate call and sales records

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Educational Qualification: Undergraduates/Graduates
- Minimum **9 months of international sales (voice) experience**:

- **Fluent spoken English** (AMCAT 65 B2 level or higher)
- Willingness to work in **night shifts**:

- Must be **interactive**, with a **customer-centric approach** and strong **sales acumen**:

- Must be comfortable with **in-office work (no WFH)**

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- International Sales (Voice Process): 1 year (required)

- Sales Acumen: 1 year (required)
- CRM Tool Knowledge: 1 year (required)
- AMCAT test: 1 year (required)
- Interactive and Personable Attitude: 1 year (required)
- Problem-Solving Mindset: 1 year (required)
