**Position**: Customer Experience Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in International Customer Support (Voice) with Upselling experience
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle international customer queries through calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services through **upselling and cross-selling techniques**.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following standard processes and service guidelines.
- Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools.
Work closely with the team to achieve customer support and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international quality standards.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in **International Customer Care/CCE role**.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Proven ability in **upselling / cross-selling**.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Flexible with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
**Salary & Benefits**:
- **Fixed salary : 36000 per month**:
- **Performance based incentives : up to**₹**15000 per month**:
