Job Description:

Position: Customer Experience Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Customer Support (Voice) with Upselling experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries through calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by following standard processes and service guidelines.
  • Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools.

Work closely with the team to achieve customer support and sales targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Care/CCE role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Proven ability in upselling / cross-selling.
  • Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed salary : 36000 per month
  • Performance based incentives : up to ₹15000 per month
  • Competitive salary with incentives on upselling.
