**Job Summary**:
The Area Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the assigned hotels or hospitality services within a specific region. This role involves developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting hotel services, banquet halls, event spaces, and corporate accommodations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings, event spaces, and F&B sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and hospitality partners.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, corporate meetings, and networking events.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the hotel operations, front desk, and event management teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional activities.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in hospitality sales, hotel sales, or related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Knowledge of hospitality sales, corporate tie-ups, and event management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,695.36 - ₹30,685.28 per month
