**Job Description: Contact Center Quality Control Subject Matter Expert (8+ Years Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product management and technical teams to define product requirements and features.
- Provide insights and feedback based on industry best practices and hands-on experience in quality assessments.
- Test and validate the product to ensure it meets quality standards and user needs.
- Support the sales team by providing expert advice, demonstrations, and addressing client-specific needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in contact center quality control with hands-on experience in conducting quality assessments.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, metrics, and tools used in contact centers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical requirements and feedback.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and providing user-centric input.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in product development or technical project collaboration.
- Familiarity with quality management tools and software.
- Ability to provide training and support during product roll-out.

Pay: ₹277,694.14 - ₹703,188.22 per year
