We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite and convincing personality, and the ability to provide professional assistance to patients.
About the Role:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for appointments and follow-ups.
- Explain treatments, packages, and services to patients.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper coordination with doctors.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- 1 Year + experience in tele calling / customer service (healthcare preferred).
- Pleasant personality, convincing skills & basic computer knowledge.
