**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design content campaigns to engage audiences and drive results.
- Create ROI-focused strategies for brand visibility and growth.
- Use storytelling to emotionally connect with audiences.
- Research market trends and audience pain points.
- Prioritize customer-centric strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Develop narratives that showcase the brand’s impact.
- Build trust through humanized communication strategies.
- Plan and execute campaigns with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Leverage data to optimize performance and report insights.
- Personalize marketing strategies for better engagement and conversions.
- Improve website traffic, SEO, and user experience.
- Test and innovate to enhance online performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and adapt strategies based on trends.
- Experiment with platforms, tools, and campaign formats to stay ahead.
- Align with cross-functional teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and manage projects efficiently.
- Stay updated on trends to implement cutting-edge strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, and customer-focused strategies.
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, website analytics, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, results-oriented startup environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B or tech-based startups is highly desirable.
