**About Artarium**:
Artarium is a leading home décor brand that blends artistic designs with modern aesthetics to create unique living spaces. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team and elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy**: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals, ensuring growth in audience engagement and brand visibility.
- **Content Creation and Curation**: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, tailored to our target audience and brand voice.
- **Platform Management**: Manage daily operations of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, leveraging them to enhance the brand’s online presence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with the online community to foster brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the home décor or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
