**Desktop Remote Support Engineer (3+ Years of Experience)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote desktop support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to system performance, connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with **Windows OS migration, MS Outlook configuration,** and other related tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and escalate complex issues when required.
- Provide remote assistance for printer setup, VPN issues, and network troubleshooting.
- Document resolutions, technical knowledge, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure system updates and patches are applied.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of desktop support, troubleshooting, and ticket management.
- Proficiency in **remote support tools** such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or RDP.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP configuration, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in desktop support or related roles.
- Certifications such as **CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation** are a plus.
