**Desktop VIP Support Engineer (3+ Years of Experience)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized, high-priority IT support to VIP users, ensuring quick and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, network connectivity, and mobile devices.
- Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide remote and on-site support during business hours and on-call support when required.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism while working with confidential data or in sensitive environments.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system updates, patches, and upgrades for VIP users.
- Document technical solutions and maintain up-to-date records of devices and configurations used by VIP users.
- Proactively identify and address recurring issues to enhance IT efficiency and user experience.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including **Windows 10/11** and **MacOS**.
- Hands-on experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android).
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience using ITSM/ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support, with a focus on VIP or executive-level support.
- Certifications such as **ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or CompTIA A+** are advantageous.
