**Role & responsibilities**

**Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).**

**Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.**

**Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.**

**Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.**
- **Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.**_

**Create & publish Billing Forecast reports on ad hoc basis.**

**Develop MIS system for client management and internal communication.**

**Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Project's (KPIs - Key Performance Indicators) & publish the reports on a weekly & monthly basis.**

**Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.**

**Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed for Client & Internal communication**

**Understand operational problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.**

**Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.**

**Liaison with support functions & participate in cross-functional meetings to manage & improve existing management information systems (MIS)**

1. _**Excellent knowledge in MS Excel ( V LOOK UP. H LOOK UP, PIVOT TABLE, CONDITIONAL FORMATING, COUNT AND SUM IF]**_

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
