Position Summary

We are seeking a MIS Executive to support the AVP with data management, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong command over Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to create dashboards and performance trackers. This role requires strong follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and proactive coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & MIS Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales/operations data using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and manage trackers, dashboards, and reports for review and decision-making.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise between the AVP, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Presentations: Design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for sales reviews, strategy meetings, and management updates.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage AVP's calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action points.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by coordinating with concerned teams.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance including documentation, maintaining confidential records, and supporting operational requirements.
  • Travel & Logistics: Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the AVP and associated team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (M.Com / MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in MIS, data reporting, or coordination roles, preferably in education, training, or service industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating management-level presentations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional approach with discretion in handling confidential information.
