**Job Title**: MIS Executive
**Location**: Kolkata (Saltlake)

**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making. The role involves handling databases, generating reports, automating processes, and ensuring data integrity for operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports for different departments.
- **Database Management & Automation**:

- Manage and maintain MIS databases using Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools.
- Automate data extraction and report generation to improve efficiency.
- Develop macros and scripts to streamline data processing.
- **ERP & Software Support**:

- Assist in ERP implementation and support.
- Provide technical support for MIS-related software.
- Coordinate with the IT team to resolve software or system issues.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Work closely with finance, production, and sales teams to understand data needs.
- Ensure smooth data flow between departments.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements for better data management.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for MIS operations.
- **Data Security & Compliance**:

- Ensure data confidentiality and security standards are maintained.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations regarding data handling.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, VBA, and ERP systems**.
- Knowledge of **database management, reporting tools, and automation techniques**.
- Experience with **SAP, Tally, or other ERP systems** is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary - As per industry norm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
