**Job Title**: International Patient Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help international patients and their families in availing medical treatment/surgery at our partner hospitals
- Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Provide timely coordination between patient, hospital, hotel and internal team responsible for operations
- Communicate with international patients/families regarding appointments, care plans, financial, health and concierge resources available
- Manage patient expectations and ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical tourism, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 3+ years’ experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for helping others.
