**About the job**:
Join Nanda Dental Care as a Patient Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of the clinic, ensuring patient satisfaction, and supporting dental professionals. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
1. As an Entry Level Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure smooth coordination of patient appointments and services.
2. Utilize your organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, and follow up on any necessary paperwork or documentation.
3. Manage patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and assisting with any issues that may arise during their visit.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans, referrals, and ensure that all necessary information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
5. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction by actively listening to feedback, implementing changes as needed, and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
**Preferred Degree**: Undergraduate Degree
**Additional**:
2. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing patient appointments, medical records, and administrative tasks efficiently.
3. Experience or knowledge in patient management is preferred, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and handling patient inquiries.
4. A customer service-oriented mindset is crucial for providing a positive and supportive experience for patients throughout their interactions with the healthcare facility.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
