**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**- Communicating with clients, answering questions, providing updates on service status, and scheduling appointments.**

**- Handling and Resolving complaints or disputes, and checking on order processing.**

**- Providing informational material about products or services, and calculating quotations.**

**- Improving relationships Devising strategies to improve relationships with customers.**

**- Keeping accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.**

**- Monitoring service requests and assigning technicians to appropriate jobs.**

**- Ready to go for outside (customer location).**

**Skills**:
**- Service management handling**

**- Team handling**

**- Material handling background prefer**

**Education**:
**- Degree/diploma in mechanical/electrical**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
