**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule service visits, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and the service team.
- Maintain service records, job logs, and client communication histories.
- Prepare and share service reports, job cards, and follow-up documents.
- Monitor service timelines to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support the service team in inventory management and procurement coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field.
- Prior experience in a coordination or customer support role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
