**Position**: Service Coordinator
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years in Automobile & Engineering

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate service requests and schedule customer appointments.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and status reports.
- Assist in managing service-related inventory and resources.
- Provide timely solutions and updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Support the Service Manager with daily operational tasks.

**Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in the automobile or engineering field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Education**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Diploma** in Automobile Engineering or a similar field (acceptable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
