**Job Title - Service Coordinator**

**Job Location - CG Road, Ahmedabad**

1. Managing records of supplied DG Sets, Service records of Private clients, AMC & Attendance of respective Service Engineers.

2. Managing records of supplied DG Sets with commissioning & registration to respective OEM.

3. Creating AMC Offer and send to respective clients & managing records of AMC Visits also send reports to account for submission of invoice.

4. Creating of OEMD records of Supplied Perkins Engines on monthly basis.

5. Creating of INDENT/DO for supply of consumable/spares to customer of Private Clients & Reliance.

6. Creating of General IOU for respective service engineers twice in a week & keep record.

7. Preparing of Delivery Challans with packing of material to be shared to customer.

8. Prepare various letters for respective clients of private & Govt. business.

9. Keeping records of service reports with punching & filing

**Edu. Qualification - Any graduate with good communication skills, and proficient in MS Office tools.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
