**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate placement activities for students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring companies.
- Communicate job openings and placement opportunities to students.
- Organize placement drives, interviews, and career counseling sessions.
- Track placement data and generate regular reports.
- Work closely with the training team to align student skills with market needs.
- Support students with resume building and interview preparation.

Qualifications:

- Education**:MBA (preferred)**:

- Experience**:6 months to 1 year**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Passion for helping students succeed.

Knowledge of current industry trends and hiring practices is a plus.
