**Job Title**:
Sales Coordinator - Solar Industry

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree BSC, BCOM, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service role, preferably in the solar industry.
- Knowledge of solar technology, products, and industry trends is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and project management to facilitate the sales process and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and project files.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings, including scheduling appointments, booking venues, and arranging travel accommodations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress towards sales targets, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
