**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize margins.
- Schedule interviews and follow up on interview feedback.
- Build a strong pipeline of resources through networking, references, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in **Bench Sales/US IT Staffing**.
- Strong understanding of the US IT market and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Proven track record of placing consultants on contract roles.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Must be comfortable working in the **night shift (US time zones)**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with VMS portals and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,261.84 - ₹15,617.96 per month
