**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Operations**:
- Manage the front desk, greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including registration forms and billing information.
**2. Travel Management**:
- Arrange travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
- Provide support for travel-related inquiries and ensure smooth travel arrangements for team members.
**3. Housekeeping and Courier Management**:
- Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
- Manage the courier services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of packages.
**4. Inventory Management**:
- Maintain and update office inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels of supplies and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and stock replenishment.
**5. Administrative Support**:
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and office coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of daily reports while maintaining confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2+ years in travel, admin, or front desk roles.
- Strong communication, multitasking & organizational skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking & office management software.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
