Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze online reviews, comments, and feedback about our company and products/services.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve our online reputation and address any negative feedback.
- Collaborate with the ORM team to identify potential risks and opportunities for enhancing our brand image.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ORM to stay updated with the latest techniques.
- Assist in creating and maintaining ORM reports, including tracking key metrics and presenting findings to the team.
- Support the ORM team in managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Stay informed about emerging online platforms and technologies that could impact our online reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and online monitoring tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ORM tools and insights is a plus.
