**Your responsibilities**:

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Keep track of brand sentiments with the help of tools
- Maintaining track of responses and brand engagement
- Communicating with the brand/ client's team for the next steps on ORM cases
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Creating monthly or need-based ORM reports

**Skill sets/Experience we require**:

- 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, GMB, and other social media best practices
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

**Pedigree**:

- Bachelors/Masters/MBA in Marketing or relevant field

**Note**: 6 working days/ week. Saturdays would be WFH.
