**Job Title**:
Orthopedic Implants Scrub Technician

**Department**:
Orthopedic Medical Devices - Joint Replacement & Arthroscopy

**Reporting To**:
Branch Supervisor / Senior Manager - Ortho Medical Devices

**Key Responsibilities**:
Case Assistance
- Attend assigned surgeries at hospitals/nursing homes on time.
- Prepare and set up implant trays, instruments, and implants on the OR table.
- Assist the surgeon as required during the procedure.
- Maintain sterile field, ensure no damage or loss of implants/instruments.

Set Handling & Inventory
- After surgery, collect unused implants and instruments, clean them as per protocol, and return them to branch stock.
- Check sets for completeness, cleanliness, and readiness for the next case.
- Report missing/damaged items immediately.

Daily Reporting & Coordination
- Report daily to the branch office for at least 1-2 hours to:

- Check sets and sizes for upcoming cases.
- Coordinate with the branch supervisor for case schedules and logistics.
- If the first case of the day requires direct hospital reporting, inform the supervisor and report directly.

Team Development & Training
- Senior scrub techs are expected to train and mentor new/junior scrub techs on:

- Proper sterile techniques.
- Instrument handling and OR setup.
- Robotics case assistance if applicable.
- On no-case days, senior scrubs must conduct training sessions at the branch to build the team’s skills.

Flexible Duty Hours & Travel
- No fixed 9-hour office shift; work hours depend on case schedules, which may include emergencies and odd hours.
- Local travel within the city to multiple hospitals is required.
- Weekly meeting at branch for stock audit and training is mandatory.

**Eligibility & Skills**:

- Education: Min. 12th Pass; Diploma in OT/Paramedics preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years in orthopedic or general medical device support.
- Skills: Good discipline, ability to maintain sterility, willingness to learn, readiness for flexible working hours.
- Special: Robotics-trained scrub techs preferred (or must be open to training).

**Incentives & Discipline**:

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
