Required OT Scrub at Mumbai

Experience : 2 to 3 years

1. Expected to safe guard in transit and ferry as needed office assets such as instrument trays, implants and other equipment required for the surgery from Hospital to Office, vice versa or as needed

2. Expected to conduct and be present for Demos to surgeons. After attending a few demos, expected to perform demos independently

3. As a part of utilization and productivity it is expected that scrub techs help with marketing activities such as promoting to potential surgeons, follow up with existing surgeons for new cases, visiting hospitals to meet OT assistants, work along with Company personnel in the field for markeitng etc.

4. It is understood that on days when Scrub techs do not have surgeries the time spent at the Office must be productively used to conduct stock audits, billing and payment follow ups or any in-office work as guided by the branch supervisor

5. Scrub techs must ensure that if they are trained in a certain specialty eg. Joint Replacements, they must also be willing to shadow other specialties such as Spine, Scopy etc to inculcate continuous learning.

6. To train junior Scrub as per their expertise & make them confident to handle case independently. Lead & Develop a team ahead.

7. Willingness to travel as per emergencies in other areas for any case support if required.

8. As a compliance policy, should not get involved in any outside cases.

9. As a service protocol in any emergencies should be available on Sunday or any Public Holiday as per company policy compensatory holiday will be given.

10. Should maintain Healthy relationship with other staff members.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
