**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scrub Nurse Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for catheterization procedures.
- Assist the cardiologist during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining asepsis.
- Anticipate the needs of the team during procedures.
- Operate and troubleshoot scrub-side equipment (e.g., syringes, wires, balloons, catheters).
- **Pre-Procedure Preparation**:

- Check all necessary equipment and supplies prior to procedures.
- Verify patient identity, procedure type, and consent forms.
- Assist in positioning the patient and ensuring comfort.
- **Intra-Procedure Support**:

- Monitor the sterile field and enforce infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate count of sponges, needles, and instruments.
- Respond promptly to intra-procedure changes and emergencies.
- **Post-Procedure Duties**:

- Help with patient transfer and post-procedure monitoring as needed.
- Assist in cleaning and restocking the Cath Lab.
- Document all nursing care provided during the procedure.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Follow hospital protocols and NABH/JCI standards.
- Report equipment failures or safety hazards.
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with physicians, technicians, and nursing colleagues.
- Participate in regular training and continuing education related to Cath Lab procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (mandatory); Post-basic or specialization in cardiology (preferred)
- **License**: Valid Nursing Council Registration
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Cath Lab or OT setup preferred
- **Skills**: Strong aseptic technique, team coordination, knowledge of cardiac anatomy and Cath Lab equipment

**Note: Must have Hands-on experience in Cardiac and Vascular procedures.**

Pay: ₹15,561.03 - ₹25,186.92 per month
