Job Responsibilities:

- Daily Invoice billing for surgeries: Based on purchase orders and delivery challans,

generate and issue accurate invoices for the sale of orthopedic implants and surgical

instruments to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Billing Accuracy: Ensure that all invoices reflect the correct pricing, discounts, taxes,

and any other applicable fees, following the company's pricing policies and client

agreements.
- Order Verification: Cross-check customer orders, challans, and delivery notes to

ensure that the items billed match the items dispatched.
- Coordination with Dispatch & Sales Teams: Work closely with the dispatch and sales

departments to verify the dispatch of products, ensuring proper documentation before

invoicing.
- Customer Support: Address any customer inquiries related to invoices, billing

discrepancies, and payment terms, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain an organized record of all invoices, credit notes, and

financial documents in both physical and digital formats for future reference and audits.
- Medica System Management: Use billing software Medica Systems to update and

track invoicing, payments, and client accounts.
- Reporting: Assist in generating regular billing reports for the finance department,

tracking revenue, outstanding payments, and billing performance.
- Credit & Debit Note Management: Prepare and issue credit or debit notes for returns,

order adjustments, or errors in invoicing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales billing, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare

sector.
- Familiarity with orthopedic implants and surgical instruments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in billing software, MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹9,942.16 - ₹45,000.00 per month
