**Job Title**: Store Coordinator

**Location**: Andheri west
**Reports To**: Store Manager

**Job Summary**

The Store Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and supporting the team to achieve sales and operational goals. The role involves coordinating between staff, customers, and management to maintain a smooth and efficient store environment.

**Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management**
- Assist in opening and closing the store according to standard procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure all products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.

**2. Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Foster a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

**3. Staff Coordination**
- Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently.
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

**4. Sales Support**
- Assist in achieving store sales targets by promoting products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell items to enhance customer purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

**5. Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by the Store Manager.
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing time-off requests.

**6. Compliance and Safety**
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Enforce store policies and procedures to uphold standards.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store operations.
- Proven track record in customer service and team coordination.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

**Personal Attributes**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
