**Position Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery and drive sales. This role combines managing bakery operations, leading a sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will handle everything from inventory management and staff scheduling to sales strategies and customer service, ensuring that the bakery consistently meets its goals for quality, service, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales and Customer Service**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bakery sales and customer retention.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, greeting customers warmly, and assisting with product recommendations.
- Train staff on effective upselling techniques and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.

**2. Staff Management and Training**
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of bakery and sales staff, including bakers, counter staff, and cashiers.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and guidance to maintain a high-performing team.

**3. Inventory and Product Management**
- Oversee daily inventory, ensuring that all ingredients and products are adequately stocked and ordered as needed.
- Collaborate with bakers and kitchen staff to ensure consistency in product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Track waste and adjust orders to minimize losses and maintain cost control.

**4. Operational Management**
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and store maintenance.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, aligning with brand standards and seasonal promotions.
- Handle any maintenance or operational issues promptly to avoid disruptions in service.

**5. Financial and Sales Reporting**
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing sales reports for management review.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to achieve profitability goals.

**6. Health, Safety, and Compliance**
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, food handling protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment for both staff and customers.
- Train staff on safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in retail or food service management, preferably in a bakery or café environment.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
- **Qualities**: Sales-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of bakery products, customer preferences, and basic financial management.

**Benefits**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
