The Store In-Charge is responsible for managing and overseeing the storage and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies used in the factory. This role involves maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring proper storage conditions, and ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and reported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, finished goods, and supplies.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of inventory to maintain easy accessibility and prevent spoilage or damage.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, or monthly) and reconcile physical stock with the system records.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- **Receiving and Issuing Materials**:

- Supervise the receipt of materials, verify quantities and quality, and ensure timely processing into the store system.
- Issue materials to production departments based on production needs and requisitions, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- **Stock Control**:

- Perform routine inspections of the store to ensure proper storage practices are followed.
- Ensure inventory is stored in a safe, organized, and efficient manner to avoid damage and facilitate easy retrieval.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for hazardous materials and chemicals in accordance with regulatory standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, stock turnover, and discrepancies.
- Manage material requisitions, deliveries, and inventory replenishment schedules.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and resolve any stock-related issues.
- Work with the purchasing department to track incoming stock and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
