Job Title: Store Coordinator

Location : MUMBAI, VERSOVA

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered, received, and displayed accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors to place orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure that they provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
